Application Instructions

To send a completed application, select Email / Share at the bottom of either section. This creates a readable completed copy that does not depend on scripts and can be opened in Gmail or another email app. Send it to sgtd.preweekend@gmail.com.

Each application is saved separately in this browser as you type. Use Saved Applications to create, reopen, rename, or delete applications for different candidates. You may close the form and return to this same web address later on the same device and in the same browser to finish it. You may also select Save Progress at the bottom of either page for confirmation.

Use a personal device and avoid Private Browsing, which may not retain a saved draft. After the application has been completed and sent, select Clear Saved Draft to remove its information from this device.

Kindly scroll down and complete the form by typing the required information and printing a copy. Your saved draft remains on this device until you clear it. After both the sponsor and candidate have duly signed, please submit the document to the Pre-Weekend Couple, either in person or via email at sgtd.preweekend@gmail.com.
